Yes, a few simple props are used in the program. The props are described in the introductory section where you will also find links to purchase them on Amazon. There is also information on how to substitute the props with items you have at home. The one prop I recommend purchasing is a blue Theraband which costs about $12. Props are not used until Week 3, so you can start the program and then order. You won't lose any time!
The sessions will be scheduled when the most participants are able to attend live. All recordings will be posted in the private Facebook group and emailed to members for those who are not able to join. The meetings are very casual. Come dressed comfortably. We will meet every other week throughout the 6 weeks to review form, answer questions and keep you motivated.

Perfect Program for Me!
I am so excited to have this program and Meryl makes it even better. I always find it hard to carve out time to help myself. But with Motivated to Move it’s so easy! These are 20 minute sessions which are so well orchestrated by Meryl to be safe and impactful. I can’t recommend enough!! I am going to do it all over again on my own!

Best on-line class!
Meryl makes this class personal even though it is on-line. This is not your typical exercise class. Meryl makes sure that each workout is done properly and is can be tailored to individual needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job explaining everything. She has options for all different levels which makes this the perfect course for everyone. I highly recommend!

MTM Online Class
During these times when we cannot meet in person, Meryl makes you feel like you are one on one with her! I highly recommend this course for anyone just starting to get back into shape, or even if you are a workout guru! Nothing is better than making sure you perform each exercise correctly to avoid injury! One of the best online course I have taken!!

Like no other exercise program!
Motivated to Move is like no other exercise program. Great way to get in shape safely without injury. Meryl goes through each motion slowly so that it is done correctly, rather than many other workouts where the focus is on the speed rather than correct methodology. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent exercise program with a focus on form
Highly recommend this exercise program. Meryl makes it interesting and informative. She carefully explains and demonstrates proper form so you get the most out of each exercise. You can go at your own pace and the bonus arm workouts are great.
